Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days after you receive the men’s trousers, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a nominated third party, not the courier) receive the goods.

2. How to submit a return request

To exercise your withdrawal right, send a clear notice to us by email: [email protected]. You may state your order number and your wish to cancel the contract / return the goods.

After you notify us, you must send the goods back to our return address promptly.

3. Return conditions

Items must be returned:

• Unworn, undamaged, in resalable condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• No stains, scratches, odour or signs of heavy use

We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to check the fit and condition.

4. Return shipping cost

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the trousers to us. We do not cover return postage unless the item we sent is defective, wrong item or incorrect size.

5. Refund rules

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification (we may hold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of shipment).

We refund the full amount you paid for the items, including original delivery charges (the lowest standard delivery rate only). We do not refund your return shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Defective / wrong items

If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect trousers, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost for faulty goods. This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right and covered by EU consumer guarantee rules.

7. Exceptions

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made / personalised trousers.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this return policy. The updated version will be published on https://ulvantisclothing.com.
