Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

After your order and payment are confirmed, we need 5–8 business days to process, pack and dispatch your men’s trousers. This processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery Time to EU/EEA

Once dispatched, delivery will take 15–30 calendar days to most EU and EEA countries. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local courier issues, peak seasons or unexpected events outside our control.

3. Customs and Import Duties

You, as the recipient, are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged in your country. These are not included in our product or shipping price.

4. Shipping Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

5. Undeliverable / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect address, recipient not available or unpaid customs fees, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged. We may require photos of packaging and goods to start an investigation with the carrier.
